This durable metal T-Adapter connects your SLR or DSLR camera directly to the rear cell of any Celestron Schmidt-Cassegrain telescope, allowing you to use your telescope as a powerful telephoto lens for prime focus imaging.

Key Features:

  • Attaches directly to the rear cell threads of your SCT

  • Ideal for lunar, planetary, and terrestrial imaging

  • Works with any brand DSLR when paired with the correct T-Ring

How to Use:

  1. Remove the lens from your camera.

  2. Attach a camera-specific T-Ring (e.g. #93402 for Nikon or #93419 for Canon EOS).

  3. Remove the diagonal and visual back from your telescope.

  4. Thread the T-Adapter onto the rear cell.

  5. Attach the T-Ring (with camera) to the T-Adapter.

Your camera now uses the telescope’s optics as its lens. For reference, an 8” SCT provides a 2000mm focal length—far beyond most standard telephoto lenses.

If the product arrives and you simply decide it isn’t for you, you can usually return it within the cooling-off period — as long as it’s unused, in perfect condition, and returned with all original packaging and accessories.
